Documentation, Title, Registration, and Closing Services

Every service below exists because a vessel record has to match a real transaction. Pick the one closest to your situation, or ask and we'll route it.

Where we work

So… Why Do I Keep Talking About Florida?

Because I'm right here in Florida, and Florida vessel title and registration is one of my specialties. But Florida is not the boundary of my business.

I know Florida. I work with Florida transactions every day. I know the paperwork, the processes, the sales and use tax considerations, and the occasional “Florida says what now?” moments that come with them.

I also personally handle Georgia and Alabama vessel registration, along with Canadian and Australian vessel deletions.

And when it comes to U.S. Coast Guard Documentation? All 50 states.

USCG Documentation is federal. Your boat does not have to be sitting at a marina in Florida for me to handle your Coast Guard documentation. California? Yep. Michigan? Yep. Texas? Absolutely. Alaska? Send me the boat information. I own a computer.

Apparently this really is a family business

We Haven’t Even Talked About My Sister Yet.

Yes. There are more of us.

My sister, Kristi Fields, owns Lone Star Marine Documentation in Texas. Technically, we’re competitors. Realistically, we’re sisters in the same very oddly specific industry, and there is plenty of boat paperwork to go around.

If you’re in Texas and need Texas state title or registration services, I can refer you to Kristi and Lone Star Marine Documentation.

Then there’s my mom, Jane Beale, here in Florida. Jane handles many of the same services I do, but she also works with a high volume of commercial vessels, specialty banking transactions, and a substantial recreational vessel clientele.

Other families pass down recipes. We apparently pass down Preferred Ship Mortgages.

Foreign registries

What About Foreign Registries?

I personally handle Canadian deletions and Australian deletions.

For other foreign registries, I have a select group of professionals I trust and recommend based on the country, registry, vessel, and transaction.

I don’t believe in pretending to specialize in something just because Google exists. If someone in my professional network is better suited for that particular registry, that’s where I’m sending you. The goal is getting it handled correctly.

Pick your scope

You Can Hire Me for JUST the Coast Guard Documentation

You don't have to purchase some giant all-or-nothing package to work with me.

If you want me to handle your USCG Documentation and you want to take care of your own state title or registration, absolutely. I’ll handle the federal side. You handle your state.

If you’d rather say, “Coralie, I don’t want to deal with any of this. Just get me to the people I need” — also fine.

If you need state services somewhere I don’t personally handle, I’ll help connect you with an appropriate documentation or registration professional who can provide the combination of services your transaction needs.

You don’t have to be in Florida to work with me.

Florida is simply home, and it’s where my state-level expertise runs deepest. Tell me where you are, where the boat is, and what you’re trying to accomplish.

If I handle it, I’ll tell you. If I don’t, I’ll probably know somebody who does. And if none of us know… well, congratulations. You may have finally found the boat that broke the family.
